CASES

In most cases, it is the attorney’s job to analyze the facts against the established law. What follows is a sampling of current cases in selected areas of the law. Please note that case law changes frequently, so efforts should be made to determine whether a case is still “good” law, or whether another case has overruled it in part or in whole.

Please see our blog for detailed treatment of these and other cases, or for areas of interest within the legal profession.
